BUYER REBATE PROGRAM - How It Works
The Internet has changed the way home buyers search for homes. The problem is that the real estate industry has not changed. Most new home buyers begin their search for a new home on the Internet instead of contacting a real estate agent. If the home buyers do part of the work by finding the home, I believe you should share in the commission!
Here's how it works, when you use me as the agent to represent you in the purchase of a home in Chicago or surrounding suburbs that's listed in the MLS, I will share a portion of my commission with you. You will receive a rebate at closing of $250 for every $100,000 of the purchase price! Let's say you were to buy a home for $200,000, you will receive $500! $400,000? Get $1,000! It's that simple. Use the rebate to pay closing costs, attorney fees, to purchase furniture or any way you see fit.
When you go to an Open House or search the Internet and you want to write an offer, just call me. When we close, you get cash!
I cannot represent you if you have already viewed the property you wish to make an offer on with another agent or if you are currently in a signed Exclusive Buyer's Agency Agreement with another broker. In order for you to receive the rebate, it must be clear that Genesys Realty Group is representing you in the transaction.
Please note that rebate is only valid if you found the listing on your own, not from automated Internet searches that I provided via email, directly to you. You must have found the listing from doing your own independent searches.
